Above all else, the hardworking team at Amtrust Property Management deeply understands just how important it is to find the right place to live for you and your loved ones. We also understand how important it is from an investment perspective to make sure that you and your loved ones are financially taken care of. That’s why, at the end of the day, our goal is simple: we want to not only be the best but to serve every last client that walks through our door at a higher level than any other real estate company – period.

When asked what she does for a living, Amy Kite (the company’s CEO) perhaps said it best when she said “I help individuals build their future and create their legacy by investing in real estate. I get no greater sense of joy than I do when I see a satisfied and excited client start a grand new chapter in their lives.”

I’m Laurie Peterson. I’m the Property Management Assistant for The Kite Team. I have over 20 years experience in customer support. I look forward to helping others each day. I’m currently working on obtaining my Leasing Agent certificate.
Michael Kite

Michael Kite – Managing Member

Michael Kite serves as the Chief Operating Officer of The Kite Team and is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and general management of the company. In this role, Mr. Kite has helped establish The Kite Team as a respected, award-winning real estate services provider. Under his management, The Kite Team consistently achieves year-over-year growth

Michael Linton’s background includes more than three decades of service in the real estate and mortgage industries with significant experience in real estate analysis, mortgage banking, real estate information technology management, and real estate brokerage.

When not glued to the computer Mike loves spending time with his wife Peggy, hanging with his dogs and watching college football.
Daniel Bennett

Daniel Bennett – Director of Marketing

Daniel is a graduate of Illinois State University who is helping us with multiple jobs around the office. His main goal is to help sell your home faster by using specialized marketing tactics with new technology. He is always looking to make our customers experience better with the feedback we receive from our clients. His focus is always on customer service and making sure The Kite Team is treating our clients like family.
